Refund policy

I do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order and we will find a resolution. Because these are personal care products, once opened they cannot be returned so validate that your order is correct before proceeding to check out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your item(s) and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Policy

We ship USPS and use the most economical choice for shipping. No shipping will occur on Saturday or Sunday or anytime after 5 on a week day. 

For the body butter,  we have no control over shipping conditions so if the product is soft or liquefy upon arrival, stick it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Processing Time

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of placing the order and will be shipped within 24 hours after the product order is filled. We will communicate via email if there are any issues.
